This spring forming machine is a 13-axis camless machine with a unique three-dimensional axis design. This design simplifies and replaces many complex machine adjustments required by standard spring forming machines, resulting in reduced tooling costs and machine adjustment time. Additionally, it enhances overall production capacity, completing complex spring production work with ease.
Equipped with feed, quill-rotating, wire-rotating, pan slides, 4 three-dimensional, and 5 servo slides axes, this full-servo multi-function spring forming machine is designed to replace the original 3 upper sets of one-way servo slides axes, and changes to the three-dimensional axes which can move in 6 different directions; The lower pan slides axis can move in the horizontal direction. On the upper three-dimensional axis, a rotating axis is installed. These unique designs allow for the efficient production of complex spring products.
This spring forming machine is equipped with a new computer system featuring timeline software designed with the operator as the center. Its intuitive graphical user interface allows operators to seamlessly integrate tool movement by simply dragging the timeline. The optimization function of this timeline software can remove ineffective actions, avoid machine idle time, and greatly improve the efficiency of spring manufacturing.
